Well it's just less than 2 weeks before I head back to school and it's been another summer. I still have a lot of things to take care of before I leave but like last time, everything will get done somehow. For example, I need to get Guitar Hero World Tour and find a way to pack it up for Cornell (where a TV and a logitech sound system is waiting to combine with it). This will be a good year. If not it'll at least be a fun one.
Gulf Shores was great as always. It was a bit tiring though since I had to wake up earlier than usual but still call my 'bay who's back in Cali (time zones are my enemy). White sand, salty air, and the waves at night that crash and glimmer, both effects being powered by the moon. Also I saw a black lab playing in the waves. He/she was cute.
I JUST remembered I still have to take care of my study abroad stuff. I have to somehow print out everything, fill it out, and then keep it all together so I can find it as soon as I get on campus and get everything signed off. London baby! 2010! WOOOOO! It's happening, I guarantee it.
As for my job, I'm not sure if I'm getting any more shifts but I am still tutoring this high school girl on the fine elements of the ACT Reading and Science sections. It's sort of hard to convey to somehow how to take a stupid, stupid test. Even if I was good at taking such a dumb test, it's still hard to pinpoint why I was. Still, $20 bucks an hour in this economy isn't bad.
I'm going back to Madden 07 and all I can say is that Sean Alexander is NOT THAT GOOD! He can't break two tackles for a 70-yard touchdown run in the first damn minute of the game-Fuck you Seattle!
