T-minus 6 days until California adventures. I simply cannot wait. LA, San Fran, Modesto, Merced... Candy! It's going to be so great. And, to sweeten the trip, there's going to be a surprising awaiting our unsuspecting duo. What new adventures could arise for them? Stay tuned folks.
The Mentalist is a phenomenal show. It has pretty much everything I like about a show: psychology related, funny, arrogant lead male who's also always right, crime-oriented, and Asian actors. It's about this guy who used to be a sell-out psychic (obviously not a real psychic because no such thing exists) who now is helping the CBI (California Bureau of Investigation) solve murders because of something that happened to him. You'll find out what that something is by the middle of the first episode.
I finally started my job. I work at these group homes where 4 or 5 people who have a history of mental illness live. It's a pretty easy job because these people can mostly function by themselves and I really just there to help out and supervise things. Also it'll look great for a resume and be good experience for the future (read: grad school). Also, monies is important.
I also got hired by Kaplan but training probably won't start anytime soon so hopefully I can teach over at the Ithaca Kaplan and make some spare cash during the school year (always helpful) since I want to be working there and Louie's (which will be fun and exciting). I feel like now that Andrew is gone Ron will need a lot of shifts covered by cooks.
Lastly, I would like to say that is truly a shame Michael Jackson had to pass away so early. His name wasn't cleared in the American public yet (even though it really should have been) and I do not believe he had gotten the proper psychological treatment yet. Mostly, I just would've liked to have seen a comeback. I believe most people would have liked to have seen that happen. Alas, may you rest in peace Michael and that way, forever stay a child.
